Almost all foundation repair requires the use of piers. A pier is a support device that penetrates unstable topsoil, and is drilled to bedrock or to a suitable weight-bearing soil level. Piers work to prevent future foundation movement, and stabilize your foundation.
Not all piers are equal, however. Certified Foundation has done extensive research on our competitors’ pier systems, spending as much as 15 months testing them for weaknesses. Many of these pier systems work well for a time, and then fail to support the home.
